I understand that some people insist on going through the drivethru to make special/large orders, but when they do, the attendant at the drivethru window can't be afraid to ask the customer to pull up front and wait so that they can bring the order out to them. I was the last (3rd) car in line at the drivethru and it took 18 minutes from the time I ordered to make it up to the window to collect my now melted ice capp. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, there were now 11 cars in line all waiting to order because 2 custo... read more
Terrible service and terrible drinks. It’s almost like they are a whole other company. I always go here but the last time set me off the edge. I will be driving 3 mins farther from here on out.
I made an app order and they did not noticed my order until I pointed it out after they had changed the screen to my # have been served. Then, I believe they had put cream instead of Almond milk.
The mens washroom has been out of service at this location for several years and is locked closed. There is a 'temporarily out of order sign' on the mens door, which has been there since Covid started. Men and women use the womens. Most don't lock the door. Men have walked in on women during use, and vice versa. Will be calling Alberta Health to determine if this breaks any health codes. Where is the owner? Also tables are filthy. Are they ever wiped?
