Employees are very nice but the location is understaffed. A few people in line usually results in a 10-15 minute wait.
Very good customer service, good food portions as well.
I ordered the Everything Bagel Classic Belt and a dozen donuts. The bagel was dry and lacked sauce or toppings. The donuts tasted stale, as if they’d been sitting out for a while. The seating area was taped off, so I couldn’t access it. I also had to ask the employees multiple times for a receipt.
