This is a challenging location to say the least because of the local clientele- the staff there are so patient & friendly, especially Dhel this morning. Thank you! Edit: Thank you to management for closing the seating area. It feels much more calm and safe in here. Your staff deserve this too ❤️
DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!This place HAS THE SEATING AREA AND WASHROOMS ROPED OFF AND CLOSED ITS TAKE OUT ONLY . STAFF ARGUED AND RAISED VOICE WHEN CUSTOMER COMPLAINED THEY WERE OVERCHARGED .NOT RECOMMENDED!!
Absolutely unacceptable service. I walked in at 6:50 PM, made a purchase, and asked to use the washroom. The female staff member behind the counter not only refused but did so with a rude attitude and a disgusted expression, as if I wasn't even worth a basic answer. This is basic customer service - offer courtesy, not dirty looks. Penying a paying customer access to a washroom without explanation is one thing, but doing it with zero respect or professionalism is worse.
Visited this place 2nd time today, definitely cleaner than the last time. But, could use some more hygiene.
