I had a great experience thanks to Al at Tim Hortons. He was friendly, quick, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and feel like someone genuinely cares about good service. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it really shows. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Unfortunately this is the closest Tim Hortons to where I live. I have never had a good experience at this location. Last time was particularly bad. I ordered a breakfast combo. The drink was wrong and when I asked about it they told me that I ordered the wrong drink. Then after waiting 15 minutes for the food where everyone behind me in line was already served, I asked about my order. To which the manager questioned the girl making the food. There food is good even the coffee they are good and when l order coffee they came out nice and hot drink.
