Incredibly difficult speaking with whoever runs drive thru every morning
Tim Hortons in langford by the ymca needs to train young stuff in customer service,i waited few minutes by the till as the boys taking and hanging out in the back. Maybe 3 customer in the place and waiting again for my coffee,not a sorry or thanks for the wait
Worst service ever.. I ordered chipotle veggie wrap, they gave me habanero wrap. I ordered medium vanilla iced latte, they put steamed milk in place of skim milk and again when they made it, didn’t put any milk and sweetner.
