Gave me the wrong food and walked away. Refused to make it right or give me a new one. Waited over 10 minutes originally for the 1 sandwich.
This Tim Hortons always has a line up inside. It took at least 15 min to get my order. They need a better system for their counter service.
One of the best Tim Hortons shops I ever visited across the Provinces and across the Country. Needles to mention the fast, fresh and quality products. Incredibly helpful, professional, responsive staff truly elevate the experiences (eg. remind the client on hot beverage or double the cup to avoid hand burn, can't take it for granted these days). Friendly demeanor across the floor. Customer service at its best.
Cashier was very slow and half way through the order was interrupted by someone behind her. She left to talk to her then came back to finish the order.
Cappuccino and Latte are excellent but the machine is out of order for three days now. For a coffee shop, this is acceptable. At the very least, there should be two machines if one goes out of order.
