Don't use your own dining area as a place to conduct loud, obnoxious, and pushy business negotiations with ESL employees. Have some professionalism and decorum, my God. I thoroughly enjoyed the other customer calling out the group of 3 owners/managers for this behavior during the business meeting. To the employee - run away to that other job
I come to this location everyday for an ice cap. The weekend staff need to be retrained on how to make an ice cap since it tastes bitter, dark and gross. When I ask for my drink to be remade, I always get a very confused look, I'm not sure how else to tell them to make it other than someone showing them the right way 🙃
