Stopped there on my way from Victoria. The girl there looked like she hated every customer that walked in. From the time she took my order till she handed it to me, she had the most awful look ever, as if she was doing a huge favour by serving me. While i ordered latte i asked if they have wedges since usually they don’t have them late in the evening. Wow! What a great start to my day.. stopped by for a quick bite and was greeted by Prabhjot at the counter.. Exceptional customer service. Stripe tea was perfect. I love this location because they make my tea perfect. Not watery The rest of the crew were very friendly, attentive and provided great customer service as well Highly recommend this location! -Happy customer.
This has to be the worst Tim's I have ever been in. Under staffed, uncaring staff, lack of products advertised/listed on menu, dirtiness of tables, etc. Who ever owns/runs this franchise should have the franchise agreement voided.
The young man that made the killer chicken bacon ranch wraps today at lunch time (12:30ish) deserves some praise. Each one done perfectly, no messy assembly, wrapped solid, they definitely hit the spot today!! The lattes were great too. Thanks
