The service is extremely slow, no engagement, very poor customer service. Long lines, no sense of urgency, no smiling or appreciation towards the customer at any point during the transaction. Noticed by myself and many of my colleagues who have also gone there.

Absolutely disgusting, I was just inside ordering a coffee Sunday @ 1:00 pm exactly. May 3rd. Ordered my coffee, all was well but as I was waiting for it a very young woman was waiting for her sandwich. The gentleman that grabbed it for her too pass it had a sexual smile and kept staring at her even said something to the cashier who just served me.
