I had a really bad experience here at this place, used to come everyday as I work nearby, the drive thru service is very good, no complaints, but today went inside to order breakfast, and the staff not everyone there was a particular lady who was shouting at me, I don’t know why was she this much angry at me, my husband was confused whether we received the hash brown we ordered when they were talking about that, when we were clarifying that we received it, we need a small bag, the lady gave me bag and started yelling, “You g... read more
Years ago used to be ok....now ...lack of cleaning throughout and washrooms....urine on floor in men washroom is almost going out the door. Many Tim Hortons are very dirty.....and it's sad to see it become this horrible place to go for a coffee. They should have higiene inspections more often.
Very disappointing experience. They didn’t have the wedges I ordered, so I asked to replace them with a cheese flatbread and was willing to pay the difference. Instead of helping, they kept insisting I come back the next day and refused to offer any reasonable alternative. In the end, I paid for something I never received. Poor service and no effort to resolve the issue.
