Staf is abusing the customers specially the one who works in morning around 5 am ,
Tonight before I went back to work at the hospital (end of my break), I ordered a habanero chicken wrap with my medium dark roast coffee, via the app. After I ordered, I saw the coffee was made in a minute, but the workers did not even start making the wrap. 2 more minutes passed, and they asked me, "what are you waiting on?" Very poor service at this location. The coffee machine wasn’t working, and they were out of cream cheese bagels. It’s frustrating when such basic items aren’t available. This location seems unprepared, and I won’t be coming back.
