Worst Tim Horton Iv ever been to, slow service and whole order was wrong. They do nothing in that place but get paid to be incompetent.
I would usually never leave a review, but I was left feeling disappointed with my experience. I ordered a green tea black and I did not expect to receive something completely different from what I ordered. I was expecting hot water with a green tea bag, not BLACK COFFEE with a green tea bag. It tasted very bitter and disgusting as expected, I almost felt nauseous. Unfortunately, I did not try the tea before leaving, and was already driving on the highway, otherwise I would’ve re-ordered.
Waited in line for fifteen minutes. My whole break. I still didn’t get served. There are not enough staff to serve both the cafe and the drivethru. They are overworked and I can see that they see the lineup of people in the cafe but they have to prioritize the drivethru. Maybe try giving your employees some help?
