nice coffee shop, worth visiting
The customer service here is really poor. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and there was 2 small hairs/lint in it. Unsure what it was really but it was definitely not supposed to be there. I ordered at the drive thru and then went into the store after I opened up my bagel and saw it. I told the person working that there was a hair in my bagel so I wanted a refund. She asked to see and when I showed her she seemed annoyed, sighing and saying "that's not a hair". I said whatever it is it's not supposed to be in my bagel. She off... read more
