I come here every night with my family to sit and have a cup of coffee. I came in this evening oct 22nd at 1030. I walked to the counter and asked for one of the booths to be cleaned. Lavana turns around and says sit somewhere else. She and her male colleagues emphasized that they don’t clean tables they have cleaners that come in at 7am. The Tim Hortons location is the worst among all in Canada. The staff is very rude, and the atmosphere is quite dirty. The manager does not care about customer requests.

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru on 19-10-2025 around 6:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience. I initially asked for a medium steeped tea, but the staff member first said they didn't sell it and then suddenly mentioned the machine was broken. I offered to place another order, but he seemed impatient. I then requested a medium Iced Caramel Toffee Latte with oat milk and espresso cold foam.
