The manager Ifty is so disrespectful and misogynistic it's wild. After his employee messed up my order several times (gave me coffee instead of tea, then gave me the wrong tea, then the wrong size) he came to defend his worker and give me absolute attitude without offering to fix anything. And before you guys respond with a generic message saying to contact Guest Care, know that I did and they did absolutely nothing about it.
