I told them I was allergic to eggs they put egg in my sandwich. When I brought it back they simply took the egg out and handed me back the sandwich I will be contacting HR about this on my break at work thanks for nothing Tim’s!
Management, I placed a mobile order on june 13th at 12:30 pm for grilled cheese melt & chipotle veggie wrap. And this is what I got. Look at the pictures they didn't even grill it not enough cheese. We are spending $7 for a grilled melt and getting this. cheese is not spreaded properly. Totally waste of money. Will never recommend this tim to anyone. I was in hurry otherwise i would have come at same time to store.

The service staff gave me the wrong order and refused to correct the mistake. Instead, I was told to throw away the item I had purchased. As a result, I lost my money and still did not receive what I order, This is bad please treat customers with concerns
