I asked if they had any biscuit sandwiches, cashier said no and proceeded to create a biscuit sandwich by charging me individually for a cheese tea biscuit and sausage. Come to find out they have a homestyle biscuit sandwich that comes with sausage, egg and cheese. Didn’t give me the receipt as if i didn’t notice the individual items charged to create an item that’s already on the menu. I had a terrible customer service experience at this Tim Hortons. The lady at the sandwich bar was very rude and unprofessional. I usually come here every day since it’s close to my workplace, but today the service was unacceptable. When I placed my order and politely asked for a bag, she showed a lot of attitude and completely ignored my request. I ended up having to ask another staff member for one.
