My mom ordered steeped tea on a drive thru with 2 iced capps and tim bits, and they charged her with 1 extra steeped tea. The crew didn't even bother to tell her that she was charged extra and just let her drive after when they handed her order. How nice they are, right? Money doesn't grow on trees guys!!!
This Tim Hortons has VERY friendly Staff but unfortunately is just NOT ACCESSIBLE. The one door they have is VERY hard to get in and is BROKEN. I suggest that they put a switch on their other door. Forcing a Wheelchair or scooter to do a sharp 45 degree turn to get in with no room to do it was extremely stressful. Staff felt bad, but they had no idea who to tell or what to do. Please put 4a switch on the other door. Then I can come back for the best service in Scarborough! Thanks.6
