If I had the option to give 0 star, I would have done it. I had placed an order through the Tim Hortons app for an Iced Capp, Garlic Bread, and a Boston Cream Donut. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that the Boston Cream Donut was unavailable and was asked to choose something else. When I requested a refund instead, the acting supervisor was rude and unhelpful, insisting that a refund was not possible.
