I stopped by this Tim Hortons recently, and the service was great! The staff were friendly, my order came out quickly, and the place was clean and welcoming. A really nice experience overall.
It’s a great place to hang out and chill with family. I liked the sesame bagel with cream cheese and jam. Specially steeped tea , every time I buy the steeped tea it’s always freshly brewed . When I stay in line Yalini ( manager) always nod her head and check the steeped tea whether they have enough or not and If it’s not enough she will brew it before even it’s my turn. I also like their muffin and of course my favourite iced cap.

The staff at this Tim Hortons fails to listen to customer requests, and when asked to correct mistakes, they become argumentative and resort to using inappropriate language. During a recent drive-through experience, I specifically requested multiple times that my food be microwaved thoroughly. Upon checking, it was evident that the food had not been heated properly.
