Bad Experience at Tim Hortons I visited Tim Hortons recently and had a disappointing experience. I ordered an Ice Capp and two Herb & Garlic pastries. The pastries I received were very cold, so I politely told the staff member, Sheron, that I would like fresh ones instead. However, she started arguing with me instead of helping. I even noticed her taking fresh pastries from the back, denying it when I asked. This kind of service is really unprofessional and not what I expect from Tim Hortons. They dont provide good service. I placed my mobile order and they always forget to give dippings and paper towel. They need to improve as they only work on in-store orders.
