Staff was very polite yet professional, day crew was good at keeping the place running like a well oiled machine, the place was spotless and coffee was perfectly done The front counter employees really stand out as good people and good employees This is not the closest Tim Hortons to where I live, yet it's my favourite for many reasons
They shorted me change when I told them they stood together and said they didn’t understand and can’t fix. Never again for this store
I ordered through the drive-thru because it was pouring rain, but when I got to the window, I was told to go inside to pick up my order. I was genuinely confused. How is it easier for me to walk into the store in the pouring rain instead of simply handing me my order through the drive-thru window? I ended up completely soaked. There weren’t even any cars behind me, so I don’t understand why my order couldn’t have been handed to me at the window. This completely defeats the purpose of drive-thru pickup.
