I ordered a iced coffee with extra sugar less ice but they put too much ice and it had no sugar. Asked for replacement, stupid guy was making excuses like we can’t replace if the order was 20 minutes ago and asked me to speak to manager.
Coffee machine broken. No alternatives offered.
