I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I had just placed a large order of Timbits and donuts, yet when I asked to add an iced coffee shortly after, the server named Nick flatly refused in a rude and dismissive manner. His tone was unnecessarily hostile, making me feel unwelcome as a customer. What was even more troubling was how Nick treated his fellow employees—condescending and disrespectful. Nick should be released from his job. He is unkind and not helpful. He shouted back at us when we wanted to place an order. If he doesn’t like working at Tims, he should just quit! Shouting back at customers is unethical. It almost felt he was yelling at us because we are brown. Felt like a racist attack.
