We ordered 3 pounds ice caps but he charged us for 4 and we got 2 coffees but got charged for 3 and forgot to add multiple items to the order multiple missing items. And worst of all they gave us 4 day expired chocolate milk. Then when we confronted them about the missing and overcharged orders they acted very rudely and completely denied overcharging us even though it was clearly on the receipt and would not give us any type of refund on anything. Inconsistent Americano, and hot coffee, lacking flavour and temperatures , due to lack of employee training, coffee grind settings and water temperature, especially from location to location. Fort Street manager and staff close the bathroom at 2:00 PM every day. Other locations bathroom is not working? YYJ airport Tim Hortons (Victoria Airport) only one staff looking after backed up customer lineup and the other second staff preparing food. There should be a second staff member on the second cash register.
Only easy accessible door for people with mobility devices could not access the restaurant, very sad to see an establishment decline respectful access for the elderly or disable. :(
Went there this Sunday and a very kind staff helped get the correct drink I want. Thank you so much Simran! I really appreciate your hospitality and customer service. I I can only have my coffee fix every Sunday due to health issues, and I thought it's not possible to get it today good thing Simran was there! Keep up the good work Simran! You made my day!
