Clean, short line ups, happy staff
Chronically understaffed, horrible interior, dirty, staff often clumsy, rude because overworked. Bathrooms and dine in are closed. I don’t even comprehend how this place is still running. I’m here right now on a Sunday and it’s been 20 minutes in line, one person working. Worst managed Tim Hortons, possibly in the country, and a disgrace for downtown Victoria. I say this as someone who comes here daily. Food is usually fine, but the staffing and interior are unforgivable.
Extremely disappointing experience. I visited this place expecting at least basic customer service, but it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I asked for a simple dip, yet the staff completely failed to provide it. What was more frustrating was that they seemed confused and had no idea how to handle such a basic request. I go to this Tim’s fairly regularly both as a daily Tim’s customer since my teen years and as someone who is often downtown, and I’ve been impressed every time with the opening team’s cheer and service. They put up with a LOT of abuse from impatient customers and they do a LOT of extra work due to the physical location of this Tim’s. I reviewed this place. I started with the place is a dump. Then said the staff are good. They are quick and friendly. But , sitting at a dirty table looking thru filthy windows does rather dampen the fresh coffee and food. I got a response from this post, not a cleaning crew but a bland “ thank you for the review” blurb. I do hate to go on about this but the place is filthy.
