Honestly, terrible. We arrived from Vancouver and we’re coming downtown. Saw this one close to our location arrived sign in the door that says lobby closed. Only take out orders walked in. Wanted to have breakfast nowhere on their site. Does it say that their lobby is closed if we knew this in advance, we would’ve gone to a different Tim Hortons got our food. Coffee wasn’t great and the food was stale. If possible avoid this location go somewhere else.
After ordering my food and drinks, the staff stood there with only my drinks and didn't get my food. They gave me attitude for asking for my food, then proceeded to grab donuts and muffin without gloves. After I asked them to put gloves on, they refused.
I stop by this Tim Hortons almost every day, and it never disappoints. My usual order — French Vanilla, an Everything Bagel double toasted with butter and a hashbrown inside — is always made just right. The combo is perfect and hits the spot every time! The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, even during busy hours. It’s my comfort stop, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good start to the day.
The staff was very rude and they messed up my drink by putting on whipped cream which I didn't want, and they later excused that they will just remove the topping even though it was already mixed in. The cashier was not paying attention to the orders and had a attitude.
