Staff is very poor not talking politely.
Not the best part of town.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the older staff member. After bringing the wrong drink, they refused to admit the mistake and even started swearing in another language. It was incredibly unprofessional and created a very stressful atmosphere for me as a customer. Does this shop really need staff who make customers feel this uncomfortable? I hope management looks into this.

The old guy at mobile pick up needs to be more polite i asked him can i get some ketchup and he replied go over there and ask for it
