Excellent service every time I visit, staff are friendly and the drive thru is very fast

I don’t know what’s happened to Tim Hortons but my experience here was just awful. We come through the drive through to make a simple order and the woman doesn’t even say hi, she just cuts off my boyfriend’s greeting and asks if he wants to buy a brownie. That’s so random?? When we ask for our soup order she couldn’t understand what we were asking for, then when she DID finally understand she responds with “No.” No as in you don’t have anymore for the day or you don’t have it at this location? I don't know but timmies is not the same any more got a coffee and a bagel. Coffee was burnt and bagel cream cheese was so thin and not even cut in half. Running out of tim hortons in owen sound to go to almost all suck now.
