I went through the drive thru for an ice cap. When the lady working handed it to me I had to take it from the top and the lid let go because it was a defective lid that couldn’t stay on at all. . The ice cap was now in my lap and the woman is looking away like she’s waiting for me to move along. Not offering to make a new one or at the very least hand me some napkins. What a joke. I had to ask for napkins I had a half of a medium ice cap on my lap she saw and I had to ask for napkins? I guess the staff is train to not admit ... read more
This tim hortons is one of the best in the town. Staff is so friendly Always got fresh coffee from them They made my day everyday while serving with the smile... And last but not least service is too fast here..
