You have the rudest staff I’ve ever experienced at any Tim Hortons. I’d be embarrassed if they were representing my company.
There is an employee that usually works evenings, I asked for her to wait a moment while I pull up my App. While doing so she proceeded to put the laser in my eye to scan the code from my phone. When I asked her to stop she closed the window and said something in their own language. This is not work first time I have had an encounter with this individual. They have a very bad habit of saying something in their own language in front of customers and then laughing after. This is a Canadian establishment they should be speaking... read more
