I ordered online 2 hours ago, and went to pick up. When I got there, they said they didn't have my order or any baked goods, and asked me to come by and pick it up tomorrow. What is this type of service telling a customer to come drive back again to their location?
I come here every morning during my work break, nearly for the past year now. Staff is great, coffee is perfect nearly every time. They can be quite busy some days with my rhyme or reason to it, but even when the lineup is to the road it's usually pretty quick getting through.
