Great service at the drive thru…. Made my drink perfect. So happy that this locations exist. Never got my order wrong. Always have amazing customer service. I come here often and never disappointed. 🙏
Great place to get your evening coffee.. always had my orders right. My personal fav location to get my evening dose of caffeine and a snack.
Employees don’t know how to talk with the customers especially the girls working over there. My friend just asked to add extra sugar and she said she can’t add it. We went almost at every Tim Hortons in the Barrie and everyone does it everyone adds extra sugar in it. I don’t know what the hell is wrong with the employees over there.
Employees don’t know how to talk with the customer I ordered a coffee with extra cream and extra cane in it. I paid for it and when I drink it I was not satisfied with the amount of sugar in it so I just went again at the drive-through so that I can add a more sugar in it I just simply told them to add a sugar and they said they can’t add a sugar in it because I already drank how am I supposed to taste it without even taking a sip of it. And they were happy to give me a refund rather than adding just one scoop of K and sugar... read more
