Some of the workers are very rude. I came in a respectful manner to let them know my order was wrong ( was not the first time this happened) and instead of owning up to it they blamed me! Poor customer service. I will not be coming back!
They are so friendly and fast l really love their food crispy chicken ball
Great tims to visit in the area, they can get a little bit busy; although, no matter the time service is always Friendly and Quick! Personally love starting my morning with a little extra espresso, and shot of caramel from here. Dina runs a tight ship and it shows!
Normally pretty good service however that seems to have changed. I order online so I don't have to wait for my order but today my order was completed 10 mins after the time I requested. What's the point of ordering online if they continue making drinks for the customers in line first.
