I come here very often and each time I specifically ask for oat creamer and other lactose free options. Yet I still often find my self making a 2nd trip to return the incorrect item which is never even close to what I ordered. This time I order a protein ice chai and instead got a ice coffee. Not remotely close to what I ordered. Not to mention they are painfully slow on weekends.
Perfect place to have coffee and just relax before work begins. Staffs are friendly and the place is clean. ☺️

A kind reminder that Rushing is not the answer when you pay cash... always get your receipt no matter cash or debit... especially when you get a free item docked off your point balance. Watch the employees they tend to assume you don't need your change and throw out your receipt. They do pocket extras that were supposed to be the customers change after paying.
