On July 14, 2026, I visited the Tim Hortons branch in Namao NW, Edmonton. I ordered several food items and beverages for dine-in. The young employee at the counter was polite, friendly, and took my order professionally. However, when my order was prepared, I noticed that one of the items was missing. One of my orders included a combo with a drink and potato wedges, but it was not prepared correctly.
