Very slow customer service
Terrible drive thru service. Simple order of 3 drinks, asked for no ice on one of quencher, one caramel toffee iced Capp with no whipped cream and a regular iced Capp. Attendant repeated my order wrong over the mic 3 times, finally confirmed on the 4th attempt, even shown the right items on the drive thru order screen. Drove up to the window, quencher with iced, toffee iced Capp with whipped cream and got an iced coffee instead of a regular iced Capp. Are you guys even paying any attention at all?
