Very unprofessional lady was there at mobile pick up, asked for a sleeve she throwed that on the table showing unpleasant face . And same kind of to another customers. If they don’t like to work in a customer service position let they quit and find other job. And pls tell your employees when u serve a coffee pls avoid your fingers where we sip

there was this small Filipino lady that was in the cashier I don't know if she's training, but her attitude was awfully rude. The wait time for a chicken habanero bowl was too long despite the fact that I ordered when it was not busy.
Got a chai latte today and the guy who was at drive thru gave me latte with expired milk and didn’t even checked it. I took it to the office and started drinking it, and realized it’s just turned into curdled.
