Girl taking my order at 11:22 am cashier shift 3, was incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I asked her how to redeem my points and she was being rude about me asking. And she didn’t listen to my order correctly nor did she give me a receipt. And when given my food she gave it with a very poor attitude and all you could hear was her sighing. The lady taking order from the drive thru was not in the mood at all around 10:30 PM. Maybe shes tired or just doesnt really care about customer service . Not good. Train your staff to talk to customers nicely and not raise their voice.

This location is absolute trash. They often mess up my orders, put cheese when I say no cheese or regular cream when I ask for almond milk. I typically go to 50st and ellerslie rd location but its a bit further and I was low on time so I did a mobile order in advance for pickup, they didnt have my farmers wrap ready, asked me to wait in the parking lot. I waited.. and waited.. ended up going in myself and had to wait another 5 mins. Took 13 mins for this order and I ordered in ADVANCE through the app. Shameful. Ill take my b... read more
