I came to order a burger, but they said they only have drinks and no hot food, even though they close at 11 p.m.

I visited there yesterday and bought potato wedges. I asked for bag, they said that they have to charge for a bag. This is ridiculous. I have been too working at Tim Hortons and I wanna ask how you will charge for the bag? How you gonna punch it in the system? What if person order too many things in mobile order? Not only this, the staff is not friendly too. They seem serious
