Terrible service and severely understaffed. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich.The coffee was cold, not even lukewarm. When I asked about the sandwich, they told me I could get a bagel instead, without offering a proper explanation or apology. Completely disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
This Tim Hortons is the worst one I've been to. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered two bagels with extra butter and two coffees. I also asked for some napkins, and they only gave me two. When I checked the bagels, there was no butter on them at all. I went through the drive-thru again to speak with them, and they rudely told me that I must have never seen butter in my life, claiming the bagel had "soaked up" the butter.
