Manpreet provided very good services , made the best protein iced latte for me and the service was quick , she was very polite and kind while taking and giving out my order
Extremely unprofessional and exclusionary experience. I visited this location today (Jan 29) between 10:00 AM and 10:10 AM with my child. When I politely mentioned that my coffee was old and bitter, the staff member looked me up and down and began making mocking faces at me. As a member of a visible minority, it was incredibly uncomfortable to be openly gossiped about. The entire staff on shift belonged to one specific group and used that 'clique' dynamic to gander up on me, whispering and laughing in their own language rig... read more
