I was amazed at how fast my wrap came. But it was cold even with grill marks. You gave me an old wrap that was lying around. You guys suck.

They have an amazing crew, friendly and always a great service.
The last seven times I’ve gone here. My coffee has tasted burnt like shit. I think you guys should spend some more time focussing on who you’re hiring for staff maybe higher some people that actually drink coffee and can adhere to your 20 minute fresh rule. This is the worst Tim Hortons location in Edmonton hands-down.
Worse ever don’t go here ever since the staff changed it’s been garbage coffee garbage food and even worse service I’ve had to take coffee and food back more then 7 times now avoid and drive the extra way to Vic trial tims always good there!
