The service on Sunday evening was amazing. Super nice people who are working hard to make sure everyone is happy. I never leave reviews but they deserve to be recognized.

I had one of the worst experiences at this Tim Hortons. I ordered an egg and sub cheddar cheese on an English muffin, but instead received egg with processed cheese. I also ordered a meal with hash brown and coffee, yet the staff handed me the sandwich and hash brown in my hand without a bag. This is completely unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. Customers deserve accuracy and basic service. I will never return to this location.

This Tim Hortons at 23rd Avenue and Rabbit Hill Road is a very convenient spot in southwest Edmonton. It’s always busy with a friendly atmosphere, and every time I stop here, I run into friends or acquaintances.
