Don't do it go to the location across the street ! . I bought an ice cap here within 45 minutes I was in cold sweats and projective vomitting . Clearly their cleanliness is not held to a proper standard
The slowest drive thru. They ask you to wait until they can verify your order then go ahead. Very incompetent. Expect to wait at least 25-45 minutes.
Every time I order online from this location there is an issue. Every. Single. Time. I ordered from DoorDash and it took 2 hours to prepare my order. When I proceed to call them to understand what’s going on, they HANG UP THE PHONE with no explanation. 2 hours later when I get my order, my chilli is missing. And I had also requested chipotle sauce in my grilled cheese, and that was missing as well. I have never expected this type of experience from Tim Hortons. The service is so slow. You have to wait 10 minutes to place your order and then another 3 -5 minutes to get your stuff. Normally, i come here for my break. It seems like i am spending half my break over here and the rest in driving. Just have one more staff to serve people faster and better.
