I came to the drive thru for a four cheese bagel and I was told they can’t toast a bagel when it is only 10pm. This is not acceptable as my sister was sick and she was craving a bagel.
Every. Single. Time. I place a mobile order 10 mins prior to arriving. I go up to the drive-thru. It is not ready. It has become a routine. Literally every single time I say “I’m picking up a mobile order,” they always say “just one moment,” and I’m left idling at the order menu for like a solid 3 minutes. Then I’m awkwardly left alone with a mute speaker.
