Placed a mobile order at 9:30 for an iced latte.. someone named “Sakhil” i guess? was working on drinks, and they took 15 minutes to make iced latte. they went back and other coworker called them out to do orders and they made my coworkers’ order first. He waited less than me although he ordered very later than me.
I don’t know what’s been happening at this location recently. They have been so backed up with their orders compared to the last few weeks. I usually order through the app before getting there, and my order would be ready by the time I get there or I’d just wait a couple minutes. But these past few days has been really frustrating. When I get there now after placing a mobile order a couple minutes prior, it’s not ready. I mean, it is fine.
