Tims app allowed my husband to place an on-line order even though they were closed... now we are trying to get a refund with no luck... Tim hortons, reply, nothing to talk about just refund my husbands order! easy peasy!! Also maybe dont take online orders if not open, as well still shows location "open" when they closed at 2pm. Shady business practice!
