The manager in the morning doesn't have emphathy and sound like she doesn't want to help. She keep saying I have to contact customer service to deal with my mobile order refund even if I told her and explained to her what the customer service said (Refunds is by location not by the customer service). She keeps on cutting me off. She said she'll contacted me back for resolution but it's beem 3 days now I haven't heard back from them. I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I am a strict vegetarian for religious reasons, and I clearly placed a vegetarian order. However, I was given a non-vegetarian item instead and ordered 2 wraps both are same This is not just a small mistake for me—it goes against my beliefs and is completely unacceptable. i’ve waited so long for the order Food orders, especially involving dietary or religious restrictions, should be handled with much more care and attention.
