They seemed confused as to why I wanted a refund. I will not be ordering here again.
One of the male staff there treat people poorly, personally I had very bad experiences with him many times, no greeting, no communication,no customer service I know they are crazy busy but it's not a reason to show bad behavior to clients. I hope they can do action or talk and explain to him that he should show respect to people
It took them over 6 minutes to get me my Boston Cream order. I deliberately saw them take the Boston Cream out of where they were stored, and they stood there talking for over 5 minutes to each other. Horrible service, your workers clearly don’t value the time of their customers. People at Norquest College should never order from here, just go somewhere else for coffee if you aren’t desperate.
Customer service is very rubbish, there are 1 2 guys which do not have good behave with customers
