I ordered a bagel BELT today and there was no egg 😭. I order it every time I go and randomly had zero egg this time. How does BELT (Bagel.Egg.Lettuce.Tomato) not mean egg??? BLT and BELT are two different things and I need more protein for my morning medication 😭
I asked an old women there to do a coffee and do lesss ice and she was likee why should i and she toldd it will be still lesss in quanity I asked her its ok but do minimum ice if possible she added ice after saying aswell and it was drinking water along the flavour of coffee should be concentrated on

i am expressing my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. I ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich, but unfortunately, the sandwich was missing the cheese that I paid for. Additionally, when I politely asked for ketchup, the staff member who served me ignored my request and displayed a dismissive attitude, which made the experience even more disappointing.
Went to this location on Friday 3:25 PM and the staff told me that we are close when I checked the store Hours in their website it was supposed to be close on 3:30, they denied to serve me, I’m just wondering if this business belonged to these staff still they would denied to serve me?
