Customer service is very rubbish, there are 1 2 guys which do not have good behave with customers
Worst experience. There is one philiphine lady age around 35-40 . She was very rude and didnot take my order properly and was showing attitude for no reason. She charged me for extra cream and milk which is not normal bz other tims dont do this usually. Such kind of ppl dont know ehat customer service is .
Perfect spot between classes—fast service, friendly staff, and fresh coffee every time!
I went to get steeped tea, but they gave me cold tea instead — it wasn’t even hot! I hope the team can ensure that drink temperatures and orders are checked before serving.
