Ordered a coffee and bagel, when I went to pick up my order I only received the bagel. It had said my order was being served on the screen so I decided to wait a bit. 5 minutes later my order number was taken off the screen, so I asked an employee and they shrugged me off saying I had to wait. I decided to wait another 10 minutes however I never got my coffee. Also my bagel was burnt bro
Takes at least 30 minutes to get food between the 20 minute line and having to wait 10 minutes for the food to be ready The mobile ordering throws everything so off Walk to the Tim Hortons by the Wendy’s and you’ll be back before you can even order.

Not only was the service slow, but in my order I received uncooked chicken in my wrap. Inedible and unsafe to be serving in a food establishment.
