Prioritize mobile orders over people in line. At times, there are in excess of 20 people in line, and they work on the mobile orders. When asked how priority is set, mobile orders are the priority. That is crazy!
You should carefully organize your sequence of food serving for mobile and in-person orders. Is it true that mobile orders can skip the line for in-person orders? I have been waiting in line for about 20 minutes to get a steep tea, and in the meantime, I saw a lot of mobile orders cutting our lines, which kind of annoyed me. One suggestion for you: maybe you can do five in-person orders with one mobile order, rather than having all priorities for mobile orders.
