Terrible experience
The slowest Tim Hortons in Canada. It’s not unusual to wait 25-30 minutes for your food here. Use the app to order ahead and then make your way there in about 15-20 minutes and then prepare to wait.
Unfortunately, this location takes 20+ minutes to produce a bagel or any other food. Every time I've ordered food, without fail, it is a long wait. Today I ordered at 11:52am and got my jalapeño bagel at 12:13pm which is not thr worst thing in the world, obviously, if you have time, its fine and its nice to wait.. but since it's on a campus, do NOT order food if your next class is within 30 mins, go to Subway for the speediest food. The employees work hard so maybe it's the system or an overwhelm amount of mobile orders but ... read more
Slowest service ever! In summer when you expect that they are less busy so maybe it will be faster well its still very slow. They need to rehire all of these service workers only 2 of them are efficient.
