I came in not even 5 minutes to close (after I had been lost for half an hour due to the bus stops being changed) and I'm new to Edmonton so I was super lost and I found this Tims and the lady was so nice and accommodating even with her making me my drinks so late when I'm sure she was cleaning and closing so if your ever lost downtown come here the service was excellent.
Nice staff
Bru hire more staff and get some security, smells horrible in there. This is a staffing issue.
I really like to visit there for coffee all staff nice
