Laura is always a welcome face. She knows your name once you become the regular. Depending on the time of day service is pretty quick. Order was ready after paying. Atmosphere is a little sketchy sometimes when the homeless are around. Security is usually around and MacEwan is just across the street.

I always enjoy stopping by this Tim Hortons. The coffee is consistently fresh and affordable, and it’s the perfect place to grab a quick breakfast or snack. Their donuts and Timbits are always a family favorite, especially the honey dip and chocolate glazed. The service is usually fast and friendly, even during busy hours. I also appreciate how convenient their locations are — it’s easy to pop in for a morning coffee or an afternoon pick-me-up.

I would like to give a good review for Markus at this Tim hortons they have very good customer service. Very friendly remembers my name my extras that I get and my drink. Everyone is good at this location. Nancy the manager is wonderful as is Mick the supervisor It is like your family at this restaurant they always remember what we get and go out of there way to make you happy and you have a great day. Markus is new at this location and it's very good
