Very slow and bad organized place
Really horrible "customer service". Aside from the well known fact that basically every order is made somehow wrong, the staff here lack punctuality and cleanliness. The point of a drive thru is for convenience, not to be directed to the parking lot to wait 15 minutes for a simple order while also somehow managing to forget THREE whole food items, to which we had to inconveniently go INSIDE to grab. Honestly it takes a lot of me to write a bad review but I’ve had enough of this garbage service, once in a while they get it right, but 75 percent of time they either, mess up the order, the sandwiches are covered in a crap ton of butter to the point my hands are greasy from grabbing it from the server, or they make me wait for 10 minutes outside telling me they will bring my food out and then finding out eventually that they just forgot about it and I have to waste my time now and go inside and grab it. Staff has always been sweet and lovely to speak to, I have yet to have an issue with an order. Probably one of the best in the city!
Very slow service prioritizing drive-thru I've watched seven cars driveby and they haven't even taken my order
