This is crazy. I live 100m opposite this location, but they asked me to take my car and drive through so that I can purchase a coffee. I cannot get a coffee because I was walking. Crazy!!!
DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!! My 2nd time here because it was the nearest tims and I just went to the drive thru bout 1 or 2 hours ago and saw 3 ROACHES near the drink machine and the other day there was tons of flies everywhere on the food even when I went to inform staff know the skinny indian lady told me "its just flies its nothing serious I can take it out" extremely disgusting behaviour, I saw her take it out and put it back when she thought i left. Wrong prices, extremely rude staff. I pointed out an error on their menu versus the price they asked me to pay and not only were they rude about it,the entire staff surrounded me and berated me. The food has been mediocre here & service has always been bad but this was next level! if you have experienced some of the same contact me through this review as I am in the process of complaining to the federal consumer affairs commission as well as my work thru Tim Hortons Canada. We have 18 complaints so far.
Decent for a Timmy's
I am very reluctant to leave 1 star reviews (check my other reviews) The experience in this Tim Hortons was so disappointing. I walked in store to have lunch. Two customers were served while l watched. The staff were not friendly I thought maybe the first customer had been a hard one as that was midway through when l entered. The ontetavtion was not warm on the staff side. The second customers were told to wait, there were ample staff.
