Most of us stopped using Timmies but I decided to try this spot for a quick coffee. DEBBIE was the best. It’s her energy and good communication skills that made me miss Tim hortons. I wish you had more people like her.
Very slow and bad organized place
Really horrible "customer service". Aside from the well known fact that basically every order is made somehow wrong, the staff here lack punctuality and cleanliness. The point of a drive thru is for convenience, not to be directed to the parking lot to wait 15 minutes for a simple order while also somehow managing to forget THREE whole food items, to which we had to inconveniently go INSIDE to grab.
