These might be the slowest workers I’ve ever seen anywhere. So slow means friendly, right? Not in this case. Rude and slow. Terrible service

Ordered mobile pickup at around 8, both Google and the Tim Hortons website says open till 9, yet the employee was al.osy done closing and couldn't make the coffee or even refund the order, just told me to come back tomorrow, even though I won't be in the area anymore. Horrible Tim Hortons here.

Honestly, this is the worst location. I work nearby so sometimes its my only option. They don't have an espresso machine, they dont serve most of the usualy breakfast items. Theres always garbage all over the drive thru path with no garbage bin to use. The staff is always very nice to me, I just really dont like coming here, its always a disappointment and an eyesore. Theres spilt coffee stains at the window that has been there all winter.

Sloppy watery ice capps here too. So sad that Capilano closed, they were not sloppy. Will have to drive downtown to 104 ave now, much more reliable. Both 75st ones are bad too, and Argyll as well. Get better ice capp machines!
