Worst tim I ever been. Rude staff do not listen to customer instructions at all

Their coffee & bagel is always quality & perfectly made...I'm very pleased.
I visit Tim Hortons every single morning and always order the same thing — a Double Double with two ice cubes. It’s the perfect way to start my day. The coffee is always fresh, smooth, and just the right temperature thanks to those ice cubes. The staff are friendly, fast, and always greet me with a smile, even during the morning rush. The service is consistent and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Tim Hortons has truly become a part of my daily routine — couldn’t imagine my mornings without it!
