I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience. I ordered an Iced Capp, but the quality was extremely poor—it tasted off and did not meet the usual standard I expect from Tim Hortons.add Oder hash brown, which is hard to chew it. Additionally, the customer service was very unsatisfactory. After placing my order, I was made to wait for over 10 minutes before any attempt was made to serve me.
