Very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered a Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Latte with oat milk, but the drive-thru employee kept charging me for Sugar Free Vanilla with protein milk, which is $1 more than what I normally pay. I politely explained that they should charge a Vanilla Iced Latte and substitute Sugar Free Vanilla, but the employee insisted “that’s not how it works.” Instead of resolving the issue, the staff began speaking in Tamil among themselves while I was still placing the order, which felt very unpro... read more
