I mean, it's a Tim Hortons...
Good customer service
I placed my order through the kiosk and paid for it. After waiting about 10 minutes, my order still hadn’t been served. When I asked the staff, I was told that there was no order showing on their system. However, my card had already been charged for the order. My biggest mistake was trusting that the order had gone through, so I didn’t take a receipt from the kiosk. Very disappointing experience.
