They don't accept points. It doesn't make sense to me that a company this big can just have different franchises play by different rules.
I received very rude service.
Service is too slow, four people standing behind the counter walking around ans it took me 10 min to get a cup which is frustrating for hospital staff. Hope management one day will make a change.
Tooooo slow
everytime i come to this store, it seems like the employees here are getting slower and slower in service. ive been standing for 15mins to wait for my turn and i was like the 3rd person in the que. they should keep their service efficient and faster. their coffee too is kinda cool and taste like old .
