Took over 10 minutes to make a wrap and they deleted the order. I had to ask repeatedly for the food

Very poor customer service. When we picked up our drinks at the counter, we asked for napkins. Instead of simply telling us where they were, the staff gave us an annoyed look, tapped on the napkin dispenser a few times, as if it was obvious and we shouldn’t have needed to ask. If we had seen it, we obviously wouldn’t have asked in the first place. We later went back to the counter to ask for sugar, and another staff member also had an impatient and annoyed attitude.
