Ordered Americano in drive-throu then gave me just black coffee. No apologies and ask me to come inside to pick up foods. Just because many cars were lined up. They just care about their money NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Popped in to grab a tea and a donut. Service was extremely slow and there was flies on the donuts. Decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
This happened earlier, I ordered large brown sugar latte with oat milk instead of regular milk, but alas I received a regular latte. I didn’t have time to ask them to replace it as I was waiting outside in the cold snowy early morning. They wouldn’t even open the door for a paying customer.
