I went to this location for lunch. I asked the customer service person if they had the Chilli, they said no. Then I asked what kink of bagel they had as they don't keep them up front anymore. She turned her back on me to look and said what flavors they had. I did not hear anything. I asked her to repeat. She kept looking down. I should be respected as a customer. My other party, me and my order walked out because of the lack of customer service!!!
Thanks for reminding me why I haven’t been to Tim Hortons in 5 years! It was fast, but I didn’t get what I ordered
Staff needs to br refreshed on how to make drinks. Continually get chai latte made with coffee. Go in to return and chai syrup is almost empty so I get a frothed milk that you can't even taste chai in.
